Refund Policy
Overview
This document describes the terms and conditions of the refunds we offer for top-ups. When contacting us about a refund, please indicate the following;
- Email associated with your PING-UP account.
- Date of top-up.
- Reason for refund.
Reasons for return
We can give you a refund if;
- The tariff plan is not credited to the account
- Less than 3 days have passed and you want to get your money back
- Service is not working correctly (if the problem is not with your connection)
- Administration has blocked your account within 10 days after payment
Payment processing fees
When you make a purchase through our website, payment processors take an amount from the transaction to cover their operating costs. This is normally taken away as soon as the payment is made by you and can't be refunded unless they agree or we're protected.
Top-ups
Our system uses a tariff system, when you pay your bill, your tariff is changed to the one you choose for a certain period of validity.
Refunds
What we can offer
Depending on the situation, we can offer the following;
- We will renew or upgrade your plan
- Refund to the account from which the payment was made
Any other refund methods mean we need to do the refund from our payment processor. Please see "Fees" to read about payment fees from our payment processor.
If we refund for a server through our payment processor, its data will be deleted immediately.
